Refund policy

Contact us info@stephaniebeaute.com within 30 days following your purchase. You must validate the return with us before sending your items.

Our policy lasts 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

** Returns are accepted only for regular items such as regular collections. We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom & personalized items.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if any):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sales Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale can not be refunded.

Exchanges (if any)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have to exchange it for the same article, send us an email at info@stephaniebeaute.com.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when you bought it and you shipped it directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item has not been marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the donor has received the order to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will inquire about your return.

Delivery

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
