Refund policy

Contact us at within 30 days of your purchase. You must validate the return with us before sending your items.

Our policy lasts 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

** Returns are only accepted for regular items such as regular collections. We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom and personalized items.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

  • Verify your bank account again if you have not received a refund.

Sales items (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged items can be replaced. Please note that exchanges depend on the items in stock at our warehouse if you need to exchange for the same item. Send us an email at



  • If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and it was shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver received the order to give at a later date, the refund will be provided to the gift giver and they will be informed about the return.



You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We are not responsible for stolen goods or lost packages.
